It had been a while since I made a bracelet like this, and I really enjoyed working on something a bit more technical again. Looks simple, right? But this took many hours—every single part is handmade, even the tiny tube for the hinge! There was also a lot of filing involved (not my fave part of the job, let’s be honest), but when the light hits the metal just right, you remember why you did it. The making off this beautiful spinner wedding band The making off this beautiful spinner wedding band from recycled gold! A ring and an old chain were used. The chain was mostly yellow gold with little white gold details, so the white gold was melted on its own and became the tiny ring in the middle. The rest is yellow The wide band isn't polished and kept the makings textures whiles the 3 little bands are sharp and polished. A beautiful contrast! I love to make your ideas come to life! Both wanted a bracelet, mostly leather with a jewel made from their recycled gold and silver. A symbol representing their union. They choose this knot, one side made of gold, they other of silver. 2 pieces intertwined, locked but still mobile . They also have a connection with the sea, so it's a little wink to the sailor world ... Hers is a little finer. She's a tough lady so she wanted something quite sturdy and will combine it with other bracelets eventually.
